The CCIM Designation is the top level designation available to commercial Realtors after completion of four week long intensive courses - Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, User Decision Analysis, and Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Then, a Portfolio of Qualifying Experience is submitted to the CCIM Institute for evaluation, after which, if successful the candidate is invited to write the final six hour Comprehensive Examination. The CCIM Designation is currently held by fewer than 8000 people in the world.
