With 25 years in the Real Estate business and 15 years in electronics sales before that, David brings a wealth of experience to the table!

Working the Greater Vancouver market as a whole, David takes the approach that a person new to the area doesn't know all the cities and suburbs that make up the Vancouver area.

Centred in Port Coquitlam; a community 30 minutes east of the city, David has made it his business to know the surrounding areas and their characteristics and practical differences.

This approach has helped to place clients happily in North Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock, Burnaby, Vancouver City, Maple Ridge and the "Tri-Cities" of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. With the wide range of housing types and prices in the various communities, it helps to take a more "Global" approach! 

David has always practiced both residential and commercial real estate.  This is not common in the real estate industry, and requires a great deal of education and application experience!  In 2006 David was awarded the prestigious designation of "CCIM" - Certified Commercial Investment Member by the CCIM Institute in Chicago.  David also serves the industry as a Past President of the Commercial Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and presently as a Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association.
